Brillian open-earphones (no noise cancellation)

Amazing Open-Ear headphones in terms of sound quality and features vs price. They can get a bit uncomfortable due to the large battery. But the charge tradeoff is worth it.

Great at first.... Right earphone won't charge or play

Great product at first. The headphones only connect to 1 device at a time, which seems silly for the price point. Then, after using for the first day, I charged them overnight, the right earphones the next day wasn't working and acted dead. I then tried putting it back in the charging base and waited for a white light to indicate it was charging but it never turned on. Bad connection point probe or bad battery in that headphone is my guess. Returning because for the money, these shouldn't have any issues. Anker is great for charging cables and power banks but not so great with these headphones. I also could never get these to show up in the Soundcore app either to adjust equalizer or base.

cool design and super comfortable to wear.

Super cool design, i love how they are staying in your ear super stable when you are doing activities and don't need detachable frame i love active spatial audio when you are moving, good sound quality, charging case have a cool design as well and 10-15 min of charging and your headphones ready to work for couple more hours. You can easily adjust headphones to any size. Really good work Soundcore one more really good product you made.

Turning the volume all the way up on my phone, I still can barely hear them. I had checked all my settings, and I still can barely hear any audio out of them. Very disappointed.
